How often you want me to train you & for how long is up to you. Block bookings are made to help you commit to your goals.
Sessions can be 30 mins, 45 mins or an hour. Sessions can be done at home or I can train you at Peak Fitness, either in the privacy of the studio or on the gym floor. (Not a member of Peak Fitness? A £6 guest fee is paid instead.)
If you don’t have childcare, we can work alongside your children, however sessions can be more rewarding when it’s just you.
