I originally qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2000, since then I have done further training including Pre & Post Natal, GP Referral, Older Persons Falls Prevention, Boxercise, Body Balance, Body Combat, Insanity & Fitness Yoga.
I now specialise in Pre & Post Natal exercise, focusing on improving pelvic floor function & recovering from diastasis recti safely.
I can train you at home or at Peak Fitness, either privately in the studio or on the gym floor.
I also teach a range of classes both privately & at local health clubs.
I’m a Mum to two young boys, who both keep me active.
I got into fitness while at school, where I trained in Synchronised Swimming. Now I enjoy taking part in fitness classes, Body Combat being one of my favourites.
